Join Audi Club Northwest at Oregon Raceway Park (ORP) on June 18th and 19th for Verloren Gehen 2022 sponsored by Toyo Tires!

Unlike previous years when we've held this event in April and battled rain and hail and even snow, we've moved it to June to bring the focus back to your car and the track instead of battling the weather!

The name Verloren Gehen means "get lost," which is an important part of the challenge at Oregon Raceway Park (ORP). This is the 11th year for Audi Club Northwest at this very challenging and technically interesting 2.3 mile road course in Grass Valley, Oregon.

ORP's features are some of the most exciting and challenging in the Northwest. With many elevation changes (over 300' total throughout) and banked corners like the "halfpipe" the track challenges car and driver throughout! A unique feature of ORP is the ability to run in both directions! We will drive the track counter-clockwise on Saturday, clockwise on Sunday.

If you've not yet completed a Driver Skills event, this event does not have a Driver Skills component. Drivers must have attended a Driver Skills or at least one High Performance Driving Education (HPDE) lapping day on a track. Instructors will be assigned for those who are not signed off to Solo to help them hone their skills on-track. For those who are signed off Solo but are interested in improving their skills, Instructors may also be available upon request (please note when you register).

Check out these videos of our club Instructors running ORP in the Clockwise and Counterclockwise configurations!

For many, lodging concerns can be a deterrent to making the trip to ORP. But it shouldn't be! There are a variety of optoins for lodging in the area! The Quality Inn and Suites in Goldendale, WA is one option and there are several options just a short drive away in The Dalles OR. The Dalles offers a variety of restaurants and bars along with grocery stores and Starbucks for that morning boost.

Another option is camping. Camping is permitted at the ORP parking area for Friday and/or Saturday night provided they have a list of people beforehand. Contact the Event Master if you are interested in camping overnight at the track. There is no fee for this and there are even showers onsite!

If you have any questions about registration, your qualifications or anything else, send a message to the registrar or the event master Jared Schoening.
