Event Requirements

Everyone must sign the Release and Waiver for Audi Club Northwest’s insurance coverage when coming onto the facility. This requirement includes drivers, instructors, teens, guests and visitors. Parents must also sign a Teen Waiver on behalf of participating teens. No exceptions. Please contact the Event Master prior to the event with any questions.
Cancellation Policy for this event:
It is the attendee’s responsibility to prepare and bring a vehicle that is safe for the event and meets the club’s safety and technical requirements together with a signed Safety Inspection Checklist form submitted to the event staff. There will be no refunds for mechanical failure.
- Cancellation received 2 weeks prior to the event will be 100% refunded.
- No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event or a no-show.
- No refunds will be issued due to halting an event for any reason - rain, incident, etc.
Helmets will be required for this autocross. Snell SA2015, EA2016 or later. We have 25 Snell SA club helmets in various sizes available for rent ($25) on a first come, first serve basis. Please specify a size when registering.
Note: When meals are a part of our events, ACNW will attempt to accommodate special dietary requirements if requested. However, meals are provided by third parties and circumstances may not always enable ACNW or its vendors to meet every special dietary need.
A completed Safety Inspection Form will be required for this event. View this form HERE.
- NOTE: For QuattroCross 2022, you are NOT required to secure 2 signatures on the Safety Inspection Form, one signature only is acceptable.
- It is however ACNW’s expectation that your car will be inspected per the areas of emphasis on the Safety Inspection Checklist. This can be something you complete yourself if you feel comfortable doing so.
