Welcome to ACFL’s 2nd Annual Gathering at Amelia Island Concours weekend. We are excited for you to Join us. This year we have expanded our scheduled activities to include Drives, Car Museums, Dealer Receptions, and Dinner on Saturday Night. Spend the weekend with likeminded enthusiasts. Family Members welcomed as this is a Family Friendly Event. We have a block of Rooms secured at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in the Town Center Part of Jacksonville FL. The ACFL registration does NOT include any Tickets or Entry to Amelia Island Concours Events. We will have our tent Setup and you can park with other Audis at the show. Optional Afternoon Drive: Drive to St. Augustine, including a visit to the Classic Car Museum of St. Augustine and an early dinner in the nation’s oldest city.
Host Hotel Check-In: Arrival and check-in for early arrivals

Friday, March 7, 2025

Late Morning Meet-Up and Breakfast: Hosted at Audi of Jacksonville.
Group Drive to Amelia Island: Attend the Amelia Island Kickoff Car Show (1 PM–5 PM).
Return to Host Hotel: Free time before evening reception.
- Check-in for Friday arrivals
Evening Reception: Meet back at Audi of Jacksonville for the opening cocktail and heavy hors d’oeuvres reception

Group Drive to Amelia Island: Attend The Amelia Cars & Caffeine Car Show and Exhibition (9 AM–1 PM).
Group Drive to The Brumos Collection Museum: Explore rare and vintage cars and motorcycles.
Return to Host Hotel: Free time before evening reception.

- All ACFL Guests will depart for home directly from the show.
